International Women's Day is typically dedicated to big issues like gender inequality and reproductive rights. And while there have been great strides in women's issues throughout the decades, we still have much to talk about. Like the unconscious gender biases we encounter every day.

We created The Conscious Calendar to start a conversation about some of these unconscious biases that happen in the workplace. This March to March calendar features our favourite male colleagues helping to correct this imbalance, and doing it in style.
